Paul Heyman To Appear On WWE Raw Tonight
Is this the first step in building Brock vs. Goldberg?
WWE has announced that Paul Heyman will be appearing on Raw tonight, though they haven't quite made it clear as to what he'll be doing:
With WWE 2K17 poised to take millions of gamers to Suplex City when it’s released tomorrow, Brock Lesnar’s advocate Paul Heyman will be appearing live on Raw tonight.
Will the audacious associate of The Beast Incarnate reveal Lesnar’s next move, or perhaps his next opponent? There’s been rampant speculation on social media about when The Anomaly will re-emerge and who will face his wrath. Tonight, we just might get an answer.
With the mentioned release of 2K17 tomorrow, Heyman's appearance may just be simply hyping the game further, basically like Steve Austin confronting The Miz last year over 2K16.
Much more interesting, though, would be for Heyman to hype a particular upcoming match involving his client, Brock Lesnar.
Perhaps with rumors of Goldberg about to sign with the company, this will be the first step in building that potential gigantic sequel between his client and Da Man for Survivor Series.
Raw's ratings have been down quite a bit as of late, so WWE needs to get fans talking. Heyman is one of the best in the business on the mic, and usually his appearances are quite newsworthy, so it will be interesting to see what exactly he has to say.
Let's hope his news lives up to the hype.
