An image of former WWE diva Chyna (aka Joan Laurer) visiting WWE headquarters has emerged online. Erik Angra, a producer who is looking to fund a documentary on Chyna's life and career, shared the below tweet of Laurer at WWE's HQ in Stamford, Connecticut. The tweet was posted just a few hours ago, potentially meaning the visit was today; https://twitter.com/AngraFilm/status/610508286601859074 Chyna has now returned to the United States after living in Japan for a few years. She was at a fan signing this past weekend that also included old WWE friend Mick Foley, who posted pictures of them hanging out and said that they watched Sunday's Money in the Bank together. Chyna has had nothing to do with WWE since she was released by the company in 2001. A combination of an inflated ego, WWE really having no direction to take Chyna's character in and the brewing relationship between Triple H and Stephanie McMahon (Hunter was with Chyna for about four years prior to that), led to her contract not being renewed in the summer of 2001. In more recent years, Chyna's become very vocal about how things ended with HHH, even claiming that Hunter struck her when they were together, which the WWE Executive Vice President has publicly denied on more than one occasion and as recently as last week. Although Chyna's photo is intriguing, it should be stressed that what's notable about WWE headquarters is that people can walk right into the lobby of the building if they want, and it doesn't necessarily mean that WWE invited her or wanted her there. There's no indication at this time they would want to do business with Chyna considering her comments about Hunter and Stephanie, as well as her career path after quitting wrestling, particularly starring in a string of porn films which Triple H suggested on the Stone Cold WWE Network podcast was the reason she couldn't be inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame. There's a Kickstarter campaign to support the "Reconstruction of Chyna" film about her that is looking for $10,000 to make it a reality. The project is currently at about $1600 after eight days and was likely the reason for Chyna and the film's producer being present at WWE HQ, whether invited or not.
