WWE are considering "just about everything" for 2024's 'Show Of Shows'. In which case...?
The Road To WrestleMania has begun.
With the Royal Rumble and post-PLE edition of Monday Night Raw, WWE tentatively started putting the pieces on the board for 'The Grandest Stage Of Them All'. Yet, with the show now beset with some unfortunately-timed injuries and a certain biggest-star-in-the-world potentially looking to get one of the prime spots, much of how WrestleMania 40 looks remains up in the air.
This, thankfully, is one of the fun things about being a wrestling fan. Fantasy booking was exactly that for so many years in WWE - pure fantasy. The deranged whims of a gross old creep stood firmly in the way of character and storyline development, but that's not a realistic reflection of the roster in 2024. Whilst it would be naive to assume that everybody will get that one big payday, plenty can, and WWE has experimented with a number of different multi-man matches in the past to make it so.

It's an odd stamp of approval from WWE when - without an obvious feud - guest host duties are bestowed upon specific talents. Pretty Deadly get the nod this year. The pair have been a riot in low-stakes promos and matches, and can effortlessly slot into any and all time-filling plans the company have on the big night.
