Real Reason Why Jade Cargill Didn't Compete At AEW Revolution 2023
Why That Bitch wasn't in action at last night's AEW PPV.
With AEW Revolution 2023 now in the history books, many fans were left wondering why TBS Champion Jade Cargill didn't have a match at one of the biggest AEW events of the year. And now, there's an update on why That Bitch wasn't in action at last night's PPV.
Per PWInsider.com, the reason why Cargill did not compete at Revolution was simply down to time constraints.
In particular, with a 60-minute Iron Man main event bout between AEW World Champion MJF and Bryan Danielson - a match that actually ended running closer to 70 minutes - there wasn't enough time on the Revolution card to fit in a TBS Title defence for Jade.
While this may be a little disheartening to hear for fans of Jade Cargill, this PWInsider report does note that plans are already being worked on for Cargill's next rivalry.
Having recently celebrated two years since her in-ring debut, Jade's record in AEW currently stands at 53-0, with Thunder Rosa, Ruby Soho, Athena, Nyla Rose, Madison Rayne, Willow Nightingale, Red Velvet, Kiera Hogan, Leyla Hirsch, Santana Garrett, Tay Conti, Anna Jay, the Bunny and Marina Shafir just some of the names to come up short against Cargill.
As part of that dominance, Jade's reign as the inaugural TBS Champion nowadays stands at 425 days and counting.
