Rey Mysterio Set For WWE Raw Return This Monday
High-flyer has been out since early June.
WWE have announced via their official Twitter account that Rey Mysterio, having spent the last month out of action through injury, will be returning to Raw this coming Monday.
The Master of the 619 has been nursing a separated shoulder suffered during his victory over Samoa Joe at May's Money in the Bank, with doctors timetabling him in for an early July comeback. Well, it's early July, and sure enough, Mysterio is fit and raring to go.
Rey beat Joe for the US Championship on the night he picked up his damage, but was forced to relinquish it back to the defeated champion two weeks later. Fellow high-flyer Ricochet (the Prince Puma to Rey's King Mystery) bested the undeserving champ for the strap at Stomping Grounds.
Elsewhere on this week's Raw, WWE have already announced that Seth Rollins & Becky Lynch will meet Andrade & Zelina Vega, as well as Shane McMahon & Drew McIntyre taking on Roman Reigns and a partner of the boss' son's choosing.
