Ronda Rousey and husband Travis Banks are expecting a baby girl, the couple have announced.
Breaking the news on Rousey's YouTube channel, they took a more straightforward approach than the wrestling match gender reveal that went viral a couple of days ago, saying the following (h/t the Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online):-
"Our gender reveal is finally here. We didn't want to do anything that would set hundreds of acres ablaze -- or thousands even. Some people are idiots. We didn't want to do that. So we're keeping it simple. We're keeping it safe. We're keeping it Browsey Acres style."
An animated egg then hatched on the screen, before the baby's gender was revealed.
Rousey announced in April that she had been pregnant since January. This came shortly after WWE president Nick Khan had stated that Ronda and Becky Lynch would return to company programming at "a certain point in time in the not too distant future," though it is now believed that Rousey is likely retired from professional wrestling.
Browne and Rousey have been together since 2015 and were married just over two years later, having met while both were competing in the UFC.
