Stephen Amell, who is the star of the hit TV show Arrow, was the "guest star" on WWE Monday Night Raw this week and spent the night sitting in the first row. In the third hour of the show, after Neville beat King Barrett in a short match, Stardust confronted Neville and then he confronted Amell. Stardust shoved Amell in the face, which led to Amell jumping over the barricade, then he hopped on the apron and jumped over the rope to get after Stardust. He took down Stardust with a Spear and then delivered some punches to Stardust before security showed up to pull Amell off. The crowd was really into it and the segment came off well. After the in-ring segment, Amell was backstage with Neville and security when Triple H showed up. He told Amell he was just a fan there, but Amell said he wanted more of Stardust. It led to an idea of Amell and Neville teaming up (The Green Arrow and Red Arrow) against Stardust and King Barrett at SummerSlam. Triple H didn't want to do it because Amell is just an actor. Amell said he would sign any legal papers they wanted, so Hunter told him he better sign them by Tuesday morning. Just like that, the match became official. The rivalry with Stardust and Amell started back in May, so it was nice to see a next step three months later. Amell looked like he belonged in the ring, which isn't that much of a surprise since he's a lifelong WWE fan that is also an action TV star, so he's used to doing physical scenes like that. His promo was also very well done - that wasn't a surprise either. The only thing that was bizarre about the segment is why a "guest star" that was advertised for the show was sitting in row one? Usually they are in backstage segments or have some involvement in the show. In this case, they had Amell sitting there like a regular fan. Obviously that part was done to set up the shove by Stardust, but it was still a bit weird.
