In news that will surprise absolutely no professional wrestling fans with access to a working internet connection, The Undertaker has refused to close the door on a WWE comeback in a new appearance on the My Mom's Basement podcast.

'The Deadman,' who seemingly confirmed his retirement in his Last Ride series on WWE Network back in June ("I'm at a point where it's time for this cowboy to really ride away"), said that he was coming to grips with the possibility of a comeback, adding that "as we get close to WrestleMania, I'll have that internal feeling like I should be getting ready for something."

Undertaker also revealed that Vince McMahon edited the last 15 minutes of the docu-series, saying that the WWE Chairman didn't like his pseudo retirement speech. Hence why the line "never say never" was kept in there.

"I have a whole group of people who are like 'go out and do this, people will go crazy,'" added 'Taker. "On the inside, I'm thinking I don't move to the way I used to move, it's a watered-down version."

The Last Ride had seen Undertaker explicitly state that he had no desire to get back in a WWE ring. His last bout was at WrestleMania 36, where he won a headline-making Boneyard Match with AJ Styles.
