Despite recent musings by Executive Vice President Cody Rhodes, who told a media presser last Thursday that he thinks Dynamite would excel on Mondays should the scenario ever arise, company founder Tony Khan has absolutely zero plans to shift the show.

According to Fightful, Khan is unwilling to switch Dynamite from its current Wednesday night slot, and in particular, would strongly resist a move to Mondays if it was ever mooted. This is apparently less to do with WWE competition, and more to do with NFL conflicts; the Khan family own the Jacksonville Jaguars, and are not exactly desperate to go head-to-head with themselves on television.

Khan was again asked about a possible Monday migration during AEW Revolution's post-show scrum. He told Fightful:

"That may be [Cody's] view for five years as his personal view and that might be his view as the Executive Vice President, but as the President, CEO and the owner of AEW, I’m telling you I want to be on Wednesday nights. The most important thing in the world to me is this show and that we got a chance to do it through 2023, we’re on Wednesday nights for four years. I have no intentions of moving for a variety of reasons."
