Tyson Kidd will never forget 9 November 1997.

Few wrestling fans will (or ever be allowed to), but Tyson's tale is a little more personal. He recalled watching the Survivor Series 1997 pay-per-view live at Davey Boy Smith's house during an interview with 'The Angle Podcast'.

It was an erm...eventful evening.

Kidd sat there with Smith Jr, Diana Hart and other Hart family members. As soon as Earl Hebner called for the bell, he knew something was up - they all did, but nobody could say for sure that Bret had been outright "screwed".

Later, The British Bulldog called home and they all heard him ranting about how Vince McMahon had f*cked Bret over big time live on air. That's also when Tyson heard that Davey and Owen Hart were supposed to run in on the match and cause a 'schmozz' finish.

Somewhat bizarrely, Kidd remembers sitting down for a late Sunday dinner afterwards as though nothing had happened. There was a weird vibe amongst the Hart clan that night though. They could tell that things would change after that.

Kidd had no idea at the time just how big that moment would be in wrestling history.
