Good news: Rey Fenix's arm isn't broken after all.

This was the belief following Wednesday's episode of AEW Dynamite, when Fenix took an ugly bump through a table during the Lucha Brothers' main event with Jurassic Express, leading to the high-flyer requiring immediate medical attention. That Fenix's arm looked all bent out of place following Luchasaurus' Chokeslam to him raised concern levels further.

Fortunately, Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp has since confirmed that after spending several hours in the hospital, it was determined that Fenix hadn't suffered a fracture.

Fenix has since hit Twitter with his own statement. After thanking everyone who'd sent him positive messages, Fenix called the situation "one of the many risks that we wrestlers take before getting into a ring," saying nobody was at fault for what happened. On top of this, he confirmed that he hadn't broken any bones in the accident.

PWInsider's Mike Johnson reported on the night that Fenix's arm was dislocated, not broken.

The Lucha Brothers lost their AEW World Tag Team Titles to Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus in the match, though this was the plan all along. The outcome was not influenced or impacted by Rey's injury.
