What Does Bret Hart Regret Most About WWE's 'Montreal Screwjob'?

Some hate that the controversy of Survivor Series 1997 is still talked about 23 years on, but Bret Hart's 'Confessions Of A Hitman' podcast recently dropped some more knowledge about one of wrestling's most revisited moments.
During the pod, Bret remembered planning out his main event with Shawn Michaels backstage. Despite hardly seeing eye-to-eye personally, Hart said they shared a lot in common when it came to actually wrestling - both Bret and Shawn were excited about having great matches.
Bret's big regret from that night isn't punching Vince McMahon post-'Screwjob' or even drawing the letters WCW with his finger live on air. Instead, the 'Hitman' regrets the fact that McMahon calling for the bell when he was locked in his own Sharpshooter shaved a good "25 minutes" of match time from the headliner.
According to Hart's memory, he and Michaels were on course to have their best match yet. He believes people would still be talking about Survivor Series '97 today had they been allowed to work their magic.
Bret thinks the pair would've produced one of the best pure wrestling matches ever.
