Last night's WWE Raw Season Premiere concluded with The Fiend once again putting WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins' lights out ahead of their Hell In A Cell clash, though the Universal Champion got a measure of revenge after the show had gone off the air.

A post-Raw dark main event saw Rollins put his belt on the line against Bray Wyatt in a full-on title match. Unsurprisingly, 'The Beastslayer' emerged victorious.

Per Lords of Pain's writeup, Rollins hit The Fiend with several Stomps but couldn't put the monster down. A big in-ring staredown followed, before Bray vanished under cover of darkness, presumably leading to Seth retaining via countout or forfeit. Rollins then stayed in the ring for a while to ensure the fans went home happy.

A similar angle to last week's dark segment, which saw Rollins run Wyatt off after hitting his HIAC opponent with a flurry of Stomps.

Rollins vs. The Fiend is one of only three matches to be confirmed for Sunday's pay-per-view so far. WWE were wise not to burn a pinfall or submission on the live crowd, even though these things aren't considered canon.
