Why Marq Quen Isn't Wrestling For AEW At The Moment
The real reason you haven't seen Marq Quen wrestle in over two months...
For those wondering why Marq Quen has been inactive in AEW, match-wise, over the past couple of months, it's because the Private Party man is injured.
Fightful Select report that the Hardy Family Office member has been dealing with an undisclosed issue that is currently keeping him from stepping between the ropes. This leaves the stable's numbers depleted, with The Butcher suffering a biceps injury after returning to AEW in November.
In addition, Angelico hasn't wrestled on AEW television since September (not including the Jericho Cruise), though his absence isn't related to an injury or any kind of disciplinary issue. He did, however, return for Dark tapings at Universal Studios on 3 December.
Quen last competed during an AEW Dark: Elevation taping on 6 October, where he teamed with regular partner Isiah Kassidy, The Butcher, and The Blade to face Brock Anderson, Lee Johnson, Chuck Taylor, and Wheeler YUTA. Kassidy has stayed active in his absence, competing on a variety of Dark and Dark: Elevation matches as a singles and tag wrestler.
There is currently no word on when Quen will return to the ring.
