The top two full time WWE superstars on the roster right now are undoubtedly CM Punk and John Cena. Yes, Daniel Bryan is a hugely popular star too, but the gifted athlete is still emerging to a main event role - when it comes to proven mainstay draws, Punk and Cena own the WWE ring. How worrying must it be then that both superstars are currently out of action for an undetermined amount of time. Punk has walked out of the company, apparently due to creative differences. Meanwhile, the franchise star, John Cena, is currently sidelined with what F4Wonline reports as a "significant" eye injury. Granted both men could be back in time for the lucrative Wrestlemania 30 extravaganza, but what does the WWE do if both their top full-timers are out of action? It's a quandary WWE creative are spending considerable time on right now. Punk's walkout in particular has sent shockwaves through the company; not just Wrestlemania but weeks worth of Raw direction is having to be recast.
