Like a lot of people reading this, I first saw William Regal sometime around the year 2000, when he showed up on WWE (then known as WWF) programming as an upper class English snob. His appearance was absolutely hilarious and, being Brits ourselves, my family and I thoroughly adored his particular brand of underhanded (yet decidedly upper crust) villainy. Whether he was complaining about being besmirched!, screwing his face up like a bulldog chewing a wasp after drinking a 'cup of p or referring to The Rock as a toe-rag, the guy was always a hoot.
