WWE Adds Bonus Stipulation To Elimination Chamber 2022 Match
SmackDown spiced things up by adding this last-minute Elimination Chamber stip.
WWE added a stipulation to the upcoming Drew McIntyre vs. Madcap Moss rematch on this week's episode of SmackDown.
McIntyre collides with the wisecracking heel for a second time at Elimination Chamber on 19 February. Fans had been scratching their heads over the decision to put them in the ring for a second pay-per-view showdown (Drew and Moss also wrestled back at Day 1), but things make a little more sense with the bonus stip.
Their second "premium live event" bout will be 'Falls Count Anywhere'. That, at least, guarantees some mayhem in Saudi Arabia on the undercard. It still doesn't properly explain why McIntyre, who gained revenge on the 'Happy Folks' during his return at the Royal Rumble, is still feuding with Moss and Happy Corbin though.
The feud doesn't have much of a story left to tell.
WWE also tacked on Ronda Rousey and Naomi vs. Charlotte Flair and Sonya Deville during the twin SmackDown tapings in New Orleans. They're obviously trying to add extra value to the line up on next week's stadium show.
Fingers crossed this is the last Drew sees of Madcap.
