WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Aug 24)

The summer heat must be getting to everyone in wrestling this past week.

The summer heat must be getting to everyone in wrestling this past week. Siblings broke up, an ungodly amount of belly-to-back suplexes were dealt out, and WWE decided we needed even more of Michael Cole by putting him on Main Event too. It was sad and yet strangely comforting all at the same time. WWE€™s second biggest pay-per-view of the year has come and gone, and we now have an extreme part-time champ. Most fans, though, don€™t seem to mind as it€™s always pleasant to have a break from Cena, the greatest champion of all time! Or so WWE says. In regards to the Bellas breaking up, Lawler said he€™d never seen anything like it. Apparently he never saw Christian turn on Edge (when they were still considered storyline brothers), Scott Steiner turn on Rick, Owen turn on Bret, or Matt Hardy turn on Jeff Hardy. He should probably start watching more wrestling. He should also stop buying so many un-opened bottles of Diet Mountain Dew and just order the network. It was also a week of selective watching, when on Raw, Michael Cole proclaimed €œwhen is the last time you saw Luke Harper as the smallest man in the match? Lawler responded with €œnever." Um€ how about on SmackDown three days before when the two teams had their first match? Huh, how about that Cole? Well, that€™s just some minor nit-picking. It€™s time to get to the good stuff. Here€™s WWE and TNA€™s worst of the week!
