The divas have been on the receiving end of more TV time in the past few months. With Total Divas set to return this weekend on the E Network, WWE has made a point to feature the Bella Twins a lot more. The producers of Total Divas suggested to WWE that the Bella Twins have a feud, so WWE is doing it on their programming. For those of you that think "reality TV" is real, sorry to say that it's about as real as pro wrestling storylines a lot of the time. This past week on Raw we saw the Bellas in the ring doing a promo with Stephanie McMahon when former Divas Champion AJ Lee made her way down to the ring and then the current Divas Champion Paige was there to kind of say "hey what about me?" No match for Night of Champions was announced during Raw, but the news has come out that there is going to be a match between most of these women at Night of Champions. The Divas Title match at Night of Champions will see Paige defend her title against AJ Lee and Nikki Bella. Brie Bella doesn't get a title shot because she's the babyface rival of Stephanie McMahon, so it makes sense in the storyline that it's not a four way match. It's also good to involve Nikki because she's in a new role in the storyline and if they did Paige vs. AJ Lee again it would be the third straight PPV where they had a singles match together. There are a few ways they could go with the match. Paige is a solid champion that's one of the better in-ring performers among the divas. It would be a shame if she lost the Divas Title so soon after her heel turn. Nikki has a lot of momentum as a heel now too, so she could win. They will likely do a finish where Brie costs Nikki the match. They don't need to involve the Divas Title in the Bella Twins feud because it's more of a personal rivalry, but it could happen. AJ Lee seems unlikely as the winner of the match although management remains high on her, so you never really know. Other matches confirmed for Night of Champions are as follows: - WWE Championship: Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena. The rematch from SummerSlam is the unquestioned main event. A stipulation for it is possible, but it hasn't been announced yet. - Intercontinental Championship: Dolph Ziggler vs. The Miz. This is also a rematch from SummerSlam. it's been an entertaining feud thanks to the involvement of Damien Sandow. - United States Championship: Sheamus vs. Cesaro. They always have good matches. The tag team title match will likely see The Usos take on Goldust & Stardust, who recently turned heel. That rivalry has been built up well. That would mean all five titles are take care of for the show. There are several other big names that will need matches like Roman Reigns, Randy Orton, Seth Rollins, Bray Wyatt, Chris Jericho and others. There are still two more weeks of Raw before Night of Champions so it's likely we'll get the full card during next week's show.
