WWE Hall Of Fame 2019: Torrie Wilson & Brutus Beefcake To Be Inducted?
These two could join DX and the Honky Tonk Man in April.
WWE's Hall Of Fame Class of 2019 is still very much taking shape, and the company are yet to name their headliner for the 6 April event, but it looks like two new names could be set to join D-Generation X and the Honky Tonk Man as confirmed inductees.
Per WrestleVotes, the performers in question are former WCW/WWE personality Torrie Wilson and Ed Leslie, best known for his work as Brutus 'The Barber' Beefcake in WWE.
Wilson, who returned in last year's women's Royal Rumble, joined WWE as part of the Invasion angle in 2001, playing a consistent role inside the ring and out until her 2008 departure. Leslie is a more controversial figure, and cynics might argue that his close affiliation with Hulk Hogan might make his induction a convenient excuse for WWE to get 'The Hulkster' involved in the induction ceremony.
Though DX and Honky Tonk Man are the only names to be officially announced thus far, it's expected that they'll be joined by the Hart Foundation, while names as huge as The Rock and The Undertaker have also been linked. Expect this slow-moving class to fill up considerably over the next few weeks.
