NXT 2.0 regulars Sanga and Xyon Quinn have seemingly caught the eye of WWE officials, with both wrestlers currently in-line for main roster call-ups.

This is according to Dave Meltzer. On the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, he reported that both up-and-comers are being considered for roles on Raw or SmackDown, with Quinn coming in for particularly strong praise. Per Meltzer, WWE sees the former professional rugby league player as "the total package."

Sanga and Quinn worked a short singles match against each other on this Tuesday's NXT 2.0 show. Xyon took the defeat in around five minutes, eating the pinfall falling a bodyslam and Chokeslam. Later, he appeared to get involved in a singles program with Apollo Crews, who dismissed his future prospects when accosted by the 32-year-old and his arrogance.

Quinn has been with WWE since signing a developmental contract in May 2018. His onscreen debut came against Sheamus on SmackDown's 24 April 2020 episode, though he didn't become a televised regular until the following September, when NXT became NXT 2.0.

Sanga, meanwhile, signed with WWE in January 2018, and got his first big break in the Indus Sher tag team with current Raw wrestler Veer in March 2020. He was repackaged as Sanga in NXT this January but has been restricted to just six televised matches in 2022.
