WWE Icon The Undertaker Says THIS Is "The Greatest Story Ever Told In Wrestling"
The Undertaker believes one of his WWE feuds is wrestling's greatest ever.
The Undertaker believes his long-running on/off feud with kayfabe brother Kane is "the greatest story ever told in wrestling".
WWE icon 'Taker told Pete Rosenberg on A&E that nothing tops the "many layers" that were laced into his storyline saga opposite Glenn Jacobs. That's still something the legend is extremely proud of, although he's willing to admit that they didn't always have the best matches together in-ring.
He's much more proud of bouts vs. Shawn Michaels, Mick Foley and Triple H than anything he achieved with Kane bell-to-bell.
Storyline-wise though? Yeah, 'The Deadman' thinks he and Kane produced pro wrestling's best story yet, and that nothing has come close to beating it since. Kane memorably debuted in late-1997 as 'Taker's chargrilled sibling, and they'd be linked together right up until the original 'Phenom' retired from the ring.
Kane must be considered one of the most successful offshoots in WWE history. The fact he was supposed to be short-lived but went on to enjoy the career he did is amazing, and The Undertaker acknowledged that too.
He's willing to double down on that "greatest story ever told" claim.
