WWE Legend Teasing One More Tag-Team Match In AEW?
Could an iconic WWE tag-team be set for one more match on AEW screens soon?!
Road Dogg believes his New Age Outlaws duo with Billy Gunn deserves one more match.
The WWE Hall Of Famer told listeners tuning into his podcast that he'd actually like to book The Outlaws vs. The Young Bucks on AEW TV. Why Matt and Nick Jackson? Well, according to Dogg, they'd "work with us and be fake wrestling like we need to be".
What a statement.
Road Dogg isn't so sure a bout vs. FTR would be great for Billy or himself at this stage in the game though. On that potential match, he said: "They would make us look crappy". Explaining, the ex-Roadie put Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler over by adding, "FTR will just beat us up".
He's not game for that, but reckons a match with The Bucks could work well. Was this Dogg's way of publicly pitching something to AEW boss Tony Khan, or was he just opening his mouth and letting his belly rumble? It could be either, and Gunn is already All Elite anyway.
Matching The Young Bucks move for move (given their spot-heavy style) could be a stretch though.
