There are those already calling the 2018 Royal Rumble the best ever, or at least including it in conversations amongst some of the all-time classics. As far as brand transformations go this decade, the saving of the 30-man war could be up there as one of the most successful.

Littered with big names and big surprises, the Royal Rumble match provided some shocking eliminations, with several potential blockbusters on the cards for WrestleMania in the aftermath and a number of key moments signalling the immediate future for most of the main roster's heavy-hitters.

30. Rhyno

Aiming to score with a Gore, Rhyno had asserted some control over Baron Corbin before getting caught with Deep Six. Dazed from the attack, he was easy pickings for the 'Lone Wolf' and the first 2018 entrant to be eliminated after just 2:12 in the match.
