Raw General Manager and WWE Director Of Live Events Adam Pearce paid tribute to her on X noting that;

"Shout out to @JenPepperman . I have always appreciated your creativity, passion, and the countless time you’ve given to help me and others backstage over the years. I’ll miss your energy, but I know you’ll be great wherever you may roam. My gratitude forever!!! ❤️?"

Pepperman was one of the named individuals in the alleged racial discrimination lawsuit filed against WWE and certain staff by former writer Britney Abrahams. The lawsuit also included Stephanie McMahon as well as creative team members Chris Dunn, Ryan Callahan, Jen Pepperman, and former team member Mike Heller, but was voluntarily dropped in late-2023.
