WWE Signs Triple H To New Deal

14-time WWE Champion extends talent contract for three years.

Triple H has signed a new three-year deal as an active wrestler, according to PWInsider.

WWE reportedly filed the contract with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that was signed Monday, May 9th 2016... meaning that at the very least, "The Game" is likely to keep wrestling through to WrestleMania 35.

Triple H made his pro wrestling debut in 1992 and after a brief stint in World Championship Wrestling, signed for WWE in early 1995. He's spent the past 21 years as a member of the active roster, in the process winning 14 world championships and competing at 19 WrestleManias.

Though "The Game" stopped wrestling full-time in 2010, he's wrestled at the show of shows every year since. Last month at WrestleMania 32, he was in the main event, losing the WWE World Heavyweight Championship to Roman Reigns.

In addition to his in-ring career, Triple H has gained an executive position with the company via his marriage to Stephanie McMahon. In 2010 he was officially named Executive Senior Advisor, and the following year he was promoted to Executive Vice President, Talent and Live Events.

In 2013, "Creative" was added to "The Game's" title, reflecting his role in booking the NXT brand.
