At least this may prevent spoilers being leaked.

Forbes contributor Blake Oestriecher has tweeted out that 'the company indeed shot multiple endings to at least some WrestleMania matches to prevent spoilers from leaking.', according to a WWE source.

It's been well documented at this point that WWE have chosen to record WrestleMania 36 ahead of the actual event itself and this has lead many to believe that the risk of spoilers leaking out from the tapings could be quite high.

Well, according to Forbes' Blake Oestriecher, it appears that WWE are doing everything in their power to ensure that doesn't happen, by recording a variety of different endings to a few of their matches in order to protect the finishes from being exposed before the two-day event itself.

We've seen WWE do this before with their NXT North American Championship match between Velveteen Dream and Johnny Gargano in January 2019 and this helped keep the finish secret until the taping eventually aired.

Hopefully WWE can successfully pull this off, as if fans were already made aware of finishes to the likes of Brock Lesnar Vs Drew McIntyre for the WWE title or John Cena Vs 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt in their 'Firefly Fun House match' before they aired it would definitely take some shine off of an already complicated event.
