SummerSlam 2015 has been and gone. The 28th event for the annual Summer showcase, the Pay-Per-View featured 10 matches on the main card. Better yet, the show was the first SummerSlam in history to go 4 hours. Normally, the event lasts the usual 3 hours, but it was given the same treatment usually reserved for WrestleMania this time around. That was a successful decision, but what else did wrestling fans learn from the broadcast? That's exactly what this article is dedicated to finding out, and there was a lot to be found. Whenever huge matches such as Brock Lesnar vs. The Undertaker take place, there's bound to be something grappling enthusiasts can glean. Sitting just underneath that colossal main event, there were a few hidden gems. Cesaro vs. Kevin Owens was a hard-hitting affair, whilst the 4 team showdown for the WWE Tag-Team Titles was fast-paced and frenetic. Out of all 10 bouts, there was really only one that failed to deliver much in the way of excitement. Ryback's Intercontinental Title defence against The Big Show and The Miz was only handed a short time to impress, so it's possible all concerned could have done better with a longer duration. Nonetheless, there was much to enjoy at SummerSlam. Featured here are 10 key points to take away from the event, and ones that look forward to what's upcoming in WWE.
