As reported earlier, the WWE tag-team Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson, better known as The Revival, were granted their "immediate release" Friday. Since the announcement was posted on WWE.com, a number of wrestlers both in WWE and elsewhere have written about the news on their social media accounts.

The duo's release comes after weeks of speculation over their future in WWE and potential move to AEW. According to Ryan Satin of Wrestling Sheet, the condition of the two's release mean that they are free to begin performing as soon as they want, without the 90-day no-compete clause that usually comes with WWE exits.

Dawson and Wilder have both changed their social media handles to @DaxHarwood and @CashWheeler, respectively, indicating that they'll be reverting to their previous pre-WWE ring-names for future bookings.

As reported earlier, the duo have also filed several trademarks, including No Flips, Just Fists, Say Yeah, Shatter Machine, and Top Guys, the latter of which appears to be their new tag-team name.

They've also revealed their first post-WWE T-shirt for sale on Pro Wrestling Tees, via a Friday tweet by Wheeler

The fact that the lawyer filing their trademark is the same individual responsible for AEW-related trademarks has fueled the speculation that they'll be joining All Elite in the near future. As of this writing, the two are not booked on any forthcoming shows.
