The dust has finally settled after Wrestlemania 29 and things are getting back to normal in the land of the WWE. In fact for many fans the WWE landscape was a little too status quo following the pay per view although the events of Monday Night RAW did give us a glimmer of hope that maybe things would change for the better. So with a week's worth of wrestling since Wrestlemania 29 behind us what's next for the Superstars who did (and did not) make the big event? WhatCulture! investigates the many possible scenarios for the top names in WWE right now and with the help of our favourite crystal ball predicts where their careers may lead them in the coming weeks and months.
Mike 'The Miz' Mizanin
The Miz's shot at Wade Barrett's Intercontinental Championship was bumped to the absolutely dreadful Wrestlemania 29 pre-show when the event finally rolled around which was a horrible misuse of the talents involved. Sure I'm the biggest Miz hater this side of JBL but as a former top champion his match should at least have been kept on the main show with Tons of Funk Vs Rhodes Scholars being used to warm the crowd up instead. On the actual night Miz won the belt beating the far superior Wade Barrett by submission. The next night on RAW he lost it. Some websites have asked if Miz can ever get over such a damaging short reign. The answer is pretty obvious - of course he will. As much as I hate him Miz is over with the fans and will recover eventually. If they want him to recover quickly then the WWE needs to pair him up with The Big Show to continue the feud they started a few weeks ago on Main Event before deciding to drop the feud all together. Miz showed an intensity like never before against Show and it was the only time I've ever sat up and taken notice of him since he turned Babyface. The only other option is turn him Heel again (please) and allow him to ham it up all the way back to WWE's main event.
