News that WWE was banning its wrestlers from using third-party platforms like Twitch and Cameo broke over the weekend, with the promotion giving talent 30 days to remove themselves from any services through which they make an income using company stage names.

This has provoked an understandably critical response from the wider wrestling world, including AEW, who needled the move on this weekend's All Out 2020 pay-per-view.

Internally, it seems the wrestlers aren't taking it lying down. Fightful Select have issued a new report stating that the wrestlers they have spoken to have no plans on deleting their Cameo/streaming accounts, adding that if WWE wants them to stop using these platforms, they must renegotiate their contracts to compensate for the loss of earnings and limitations.

Paige, meanwhile, has already claimed that she won't be getting rid of her Twitch account, which is estimated to earn her around $45,000 a month based on her subscriber count.

WWE's statement on the matter claims that the move is being made to "protect our greatest assets and establish partnerships with third parties on a companywide basis, rather than at the individual level, which as a result will provide more value for all involved."
