It's not all kissing in the rain in Hollywood, despite your preconceptions of on-screen love affairs. While films like P.S I Love You, The Notebook, and Titanic are all about those fantastic ongoing fireworks-exploding kisses, sometimes a great make out sesh can go a little off-kilter when things don't go quite right. While the connotations of kissing are usually positive (think soft lips, slow gentle kisses, NO SPIT, a touch of romance), sometimes a kiss can go totally wrong. You might be a bit too wet in the mouth department, or you might be kissing someone with bad breath. Or you might get way more tongue action than you bargained for. This is what happens in real life: it's not realistically possible to expect every person you kiss to have the perfect make out technique you were hoping for. And Hollywood, despite its flaws, has not forgotten this. If you're not a fan of romance films, some of these sickening on-screen smooches will suit your tastes. Iconic kisses are not always iconic because of the sparks flying; sometimes it's more so because they're not quite hitting the right buttons (for the characters or the audience). While it's probably not right to dwell on movie mistakes, some of the most famous movie kisses are renowned for how disgusting they are - and that's exactly what we're going to focus on now. Because disgusting can be funny.
