Maybe there is an advantage to being related to John Travolta. Variety are reporting that Travolta's wife Kelly Preston and their daughter Ella Travolta have joined the cast of the buddy comedy movie Old Dogs, which of course has nothing to do with the similar themed Wild Hogs which also just happens to have the same producer/director/lead actor. It's also now been confirmed that Robin Williams will have a role in the movie as we previously reported last month. The only difference in terms of plot between this movie and Wild Hogs as far as I can tell is that the movie revolves around two older guys raising a young kid to rekindle their youth... rather than going out on a road trip. Can you really see this making the insane $200 million worldwide gross that Wild Hogs has made? I don't think so.... shooting begins on the movie in June.
