What does THAT ending mean for Phase 4?
Spider-Man: Far From Home is out now worldwide, and while hardly a top-tier MCU offering, it is yet another rock solid Spider-Man sequel that offers up its fair share of surprising twists and tantalising questions for the future.
As the final film in Phase 3 of the MCU, Far From Home makes some compelling hints towards the possible direction of a third Spider-Man film, as well as some more subtle overtures regarding the overall future of the MCU.
But with no new MCU films set to release until May of next year (presumed to be Black Widow), fans have a long time to stew over the movie's events and consider what they actually mean.
While there's hope that Marvel Studios might shed further light on Far From Home's wider context when they (possibly) announce their Phase 4 slate at San Diego Comic-Con in a few weeks, for now there's plenty for fans to chew over.
