Some people - in fact maybe most - will look at this trailer and this point and call it pedantry, no doubt. But it really does matter, because excellence is really in the details. So yes, it is absolutely fine to complain about the fact that nobody has called Captain Marvel "Captain Marvel" yet in the MCU and yet Peter Parker just casually drops her name into conversation.

In Endgame, Marvel is exclusively referred to as Carol Danvers and it felt like they were withholding her name on purpose as a plot point. The fact that Peter uses it in this trailer suggests that it's no more than a nickname rather than something of greater importance and that's just not all that great.
