Who's the mystery spoiler figure?
A new little Spider-Man: Homecoming mystery has just reared its head with the revelation that one of the movie's tie-in LEGO sets has consciously hidden one of the characters. Inevitably, that sort of flagrant rumour-fluffing has inspired rabid response, with everyone immediately leaping to the conclusion that the only reason a character would be greyed out would be to protect a spoiler.
Now, nobody should expect that set to actually spoil an important scene in the movie (or it wouldn't have been shown at the Toy Fair AT ALL), but the very act of concealment says something about the importance of the character.
Does this mean the set includes a so-far unrevealed secret character? Or is it merely a case of LEGO and Marvel attempting to preserve the look of a character who has already been introduced? Perhaps they just don't want anyone knowing that the character in question would be involved in such a sequence...? It has to be something, and it's all very mystifying.
So who could it be?
