Disney's big biennial showcase event, the D23 Expo, took place in California this past weekend.

The Mouse House used the 2017 convention to show off a number of its upcoming movies and attractions, including: our best look yet at Star Wars Land (which we now know is Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge); some major Avengers: Infinity War details and footage (for those in the room); and news on everything from the live-action Aladdin and Lion King remakes to Toy Story 4 and The Incredibles 2.

With the release now being just a few months away, there was naturally a fair bit of focus on Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and Disney released what is now the customary July behind-the-scenes reel (something they did for The Force Awakens at Comic-Con in 2015, and Rogue One at Celebration last year).

While it's not an official trailer, it does contain a lot of intriguing shots and a fair bit of new information too. Aside from some nice off-camera moments, especially involving Carrie Fisher, it teased new locations, creatures, fights, and perhaps gave even more away than the actual teaser trailer did.
