Although pretty much every year of the generation so far has been the PS4's year, 2018 is shaping up to be a defining moment in the console's lifecycle. Because, despite getting off to a slow start in terms of exclusive games in 2013, Sony's upcoming slate is absolutely stacked, not only boasting a solid roadmap of releases that could see them through to the end of the generation, but also lining up a wide range of hotly-anticipated titles to drop over the next 12 months.
Unfortunately, while the most talked-about games like Death Stranding and The Last of Us: Part II almost definitely won't be coming anytime soon. Sony has more than enough aces up its sleeve to make up for their absence.
