Being a villain must be great on paper, anyway. Able to indulge in the seven deadly sins without the grief or guilt whilst hanging about in castles or other sinister pads, the life of the villain seems pretty good. Of course, nothing lasts forever though, and soon enough, the hero comes and destroys all of that villain's hard work. The funny thing is though; the majority of those heroes tend to be far less intelligent than the villain. In certain scenarios, it seems impossible for the hero to actually end up the victor how on Earth do these villains throw it away? Here's a list of twelve villains that really should have ended up outwitting and defeating the heroes it's just embarrassing that they didn't.
12. The U.S Special Forces (Dead Rising)
Frank West is an undeniably loveable protagonist. With his trusty camera swinging from his neck, he uses literally whatever he can get his hands on (from toy lightsabers to patio furniture) to mow down the zombie hordes of Willamette, Colorado he's the ultimate DIY man. Frank's hardly your typical action hero though (Superman is also a journalist but that's about the only comparison you could make), what with the belly and initial reluctance to play the part. He struggles to accept (or understand) the situation he's in initially and besides all of that, why did he send that helicopter away at the beginning? Come on Frank, use that brain of yours! Aside from hundreds of zombies, Frank takes on the best of the best from the U.S Special Forces later on in the game... and WINS. Wearing body armour from head to toe and wielding machine guns, it's easy to see why one lone photographer could defeat the entire group and their leader Brock Mason. Obviously Frank has been hitting the gym a lot more than people give him credit for too; as he defeats the emotionless Brock on top of a tank in hand to hand combat. Let's hope we never have to rely on these Special Forces in a real-life zombie outbreak.
