But forget that, let's talk about something far more serious: Your video game collection.

Any self-identifying gamer knows their Ken Kutaragis from their Revolver Ocelots, but being PlayStation is the industry leader in 2016 and has been a household name since 1994, they've amassed a collection of titles across four main consoles (and two handhelds) that any consumer of entertainment should check out, especially in their most formative years.

25. Tekken 3

Namco

The King of Iron Fist Tournament is one of gaming's elite franchises, and although Tekken 7 is shaping up very nicely indeed, its third main instalment is still one of the most essential games of all time.

Tekken 3 marked the first time Namco really increased both the standard game speed and graphical quality of the character models themselves, amping up the action on screen to match how fast we could process attack-string combos and on-the-fly tactics.

It really hasn't aged a day - even the graphics are just endearing, rather than anything unpleasant - and the Tekken Ball and Force side modes are simply genius.
