Assassin's Creed: Dynasty - 10 Things We Want To See

Stabs to the neck should ALWAYS kill.

With Origins performing amazingly well both critically and commercially, it's safe to say, Assassin's Creed is back.

2017's revival had plenty going for it, too: A fantastic open-world, new combat system that felt like it had actual difficulty, and a pretty fascinating story with one of the series' most relatable protagonists. Combine those things with looks that would make any triple-A game blush, and you've got a winning formula.

How could it be any better? Well...

Just because Origins managed to fix many of the things that had been plaguing the series since the start, that doesn't mean it was a perfect game. It did pull Assassin's Creed from the brink of disinterest, but it also ignored a few important aspects and bygone features that could have made the experience even better.

If the rumoured Assassin's Creed Dynasty wants to be an even bigger than Origins, bringing fans back to the Animus once again, it really needs to do many specific things.

How does Assassin's Creed stand tall going forward? Well, actually listening to the most fan-requested location would be a start...

10. Take Place In China

Origins finally gave us Egypt, and it seems like Dynasty might finally take us to China, if the title is any indication. China is perfect for the series, and it would be great to finally give fans what they've been asking for since the very beginning.

Although some might have missed this, we've actually seen China once in an AC game already with Assassin's Creed: Chronicles.

This downloadable spin-off featured Shao Jun during the Ming Dynasty, which could be where the next "full" game takes place. Unfortunately, because Chronicles was just a 2D side-scrolling spinoff, it didn't really capitalise on the potential that China really has like a real Assassin's Creed game could.

The best part of all these games is the ability to explore a fully-realised world - something Origins succeeded in, and something Dynasty will hopefully manage too. China just has too much potential, and it would be crazy for Ubisoft to ignore this.
