The NBA 2K franchise has been going strong for 16 years now, surpassing EA's take on the league to become its prime series. It has a particularly rabid fan base, one who will eagerly await the next instalment while viciously slating everything wrong with the previous game. If their particular brand of merciless, thorough criticism proves anything, it's that loyalty doesn't come for free. 2K have taken to reshuffling their features in order to try and meet the evolving demands of their fanbase, but it seems as though no step forward can be taken without an equal step back elsewhere in the game. Graphics are improved to the detriment of collision detection - with players becoming "stuck in animations" as they drive to the basket - while the delicate art of opposition AI seems to have leaned too far to the difficult side of things in 2K15. Fans across the internet are drawing up wishlist after wishlist in the build to NBA 2K16, each airing their own thoughts about improving upon last year's effort. Which features should be changed? What needs to be taken out? What was the last game missing altogether? Although creating anything immune to criticism is an impossible task, here are ten of the most demanded changes 2K would do well to make in the next addition to their beloved (and highly-criticised) series.
