We're probably all guilty of singing along to the above lyrics then pausing while the mental cogs become unstuck.Because The Police's supposedly classic love song is actually as creepy as hell. To be fair though, it's not all that difficult to listen to a song and not process the lyrics. Sometimes we're more interested in the tune or vocal melody than what's actually being said, and that's not to mention the fact that sometimes lyrics are difficult to decipher without context.
