By James Davidson /

Located on the south coast of England, the coastal town of Bournemouth is known for its golden beaches, historic neighbouring borough of Christchurch and its thriving summer night-life. With a football team in the Championship and two universities, it can be quite a busy community of people. Situated not too far from areas like The New Forest, one of the largest woodland areas in the UK, it attracts millions of tourists every year. A growing music and nightclub scene, Bournemouth has become a popular summer destination for any party-goer. From local night-life, tourists, transport and badly placed buildings, Bournemouth has its fair share of problems. Here's 17 things only locals to Bournemouth will understand.
