So long to the Home Button.

It doesn€™t seem like it was five minutes ago that Apple released its latest edition of the iPhone range, but there€™s already many rumours about the company€™s next big mobile device. The iPhone 7, like its former editions, will follow the company's traditional schedule and launch in fall 2016, potentially alongside a 4" handset - some suggesting that this may even come earlier. What we do know is that tech giant has applied for patents that give us hints about new features that could appear in the iPhone 7 or 7 Plus. With ideas of wireless charging to a touchscreen with built-in Touch ID flying around the rumour-mill, a big favourite on the cards is that the famous Home Button (the circle button on the bottom) is set to disappear. This would certainly be plausible considering one of the iPhone 6s' big upgrades was the 3D Touch system. Other rumours tied up to the next device include that of the Force Touch display which would give the device the ability to read fingerprints. Another could be that the processor the device would be using, an A10 chip but there is no official word yet. Other than that, previous speculation related to the next phone include a camera with six-element lens, while other possible features could be in the works as well like maybe a protective mechanism too. With a whole series of rumours floating around, which ones are most realistic? Which are most far-fetched and which rumours are going to upset die-hard apple fans this most? Take a look at eight of the biggest rumours about Apple's next phone.
