There's plenty of strong comedy shows, with fan-favourites coming back for a new round, plus a brand new show from the talent behind the seminal It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

When it comes to genre pieces, we're getting plenty of exciting fresh ones from the talents behind Mr Robot, The End of the F***ing World and Get Out.

In February, if there's one ongoing theme when it comes to must-watch TV, it is streaming companies. Six of the ten entries on the list are coming from either Apple TV+, Netflix, Amazon Prime or Disney+. The streaming world is here to stay and with so many services available, the competition to the quality original content is a win-win for us viewers (even if it's expensive on the wallets).

So let's have a look at which titles of February, just can't be missed...

Available On: NBC (USA)

Comedy cop shows are a hit-and-miss affair, although Brooklyn has managed to not only hold itself as one of the best examples of the sub-genre, but also stands as one of the best comedy shows currently airing.

The key is the approach, as it's basically 'Parks and Recreation in a police station'. With relentless punchlines, a fantastic (and very likeable) ensemble cast and a breezy pace, it is no surprise this show keeps on trucking for the seventh season.
