Marvel's Netflix universe is dead, at least for now.

With Jessica Jones Season 3 being the last of these series to release on the streaming platform, an era - that now seems to have been little more than a four year experiment - has now come to an end. Due to how most of the latest seasons of these shows (the second season of Iron Fist in particular) were major improvements on what came before, the decision to have them cancelled was even more of a shame for fans than it would have been otherwise.

It is true that the shows fluctuated wildly in their quality, but, overall they were really brilliant - with some of them ranking among the best examples of superhero media. They will certainly be missed, but they definitely will not be forgotten.

And now, with there actually being talk that Marvel could bring back the Netflix characters to the big screen, let's have a look back at the most memorable, most enjoyable and simply the best moments from across the Marvel Netflix universe.

10. Jessica Jones - Kilgrave Fights Crime

As a villain Kilgrave is second only to Kingpin (because only characters whose names start with K can be good villains, I suppose). David Tennant's excellent performance somehow managed to make the audience's skin crawl, but also get them captivated by his charm.

It was the latter of these two features that made Kilgrave's team up with Jessica Jones so fun to witness, with Krysten Ritter's portrayal of the eponymous hero playing so well against the creepy brilliance of Tennant's villain.

The interaction with the man holding his family hostage had some great tension, humour and some fantastic character development; Kilgrave learned why his methods are considered evil, and Jones actually tried to remain level-headed for once.

It was a wonderful scene and, as such, it stands out as one of the best moments in all of the Marvel Netflix shows.
