Sons of Anarchy 7.4 Review - 5 Talking Points From "Poor Little Lambs"

The most explosive moments from the fourth episode of the final season.

By Brad Hamilton /

Episode four of Sons of Anarchy's final season saw the body count climb drastically and the tension between rival crews ratcheted up to unmanageable levels. While the first three episodes have had a somewhat meandering pace, "Poor Little Lambs" ended in a literal explosive manner, In last week's episode, it finally felt like Jax and the Sons had the beginnings of a plan in the works as opposed to the reckless abandon they've been operating with in the first two installments. Each season features the club getting entrenched in deep waters with bloodthirsty sharks, and we as viewers are left wondering how they could possibly navigate their way out ot the mess they've gotten themselves into. Then in the last couple of episodes, through brilliant scheming and tactical maneuvering SAMCRO is able to escape certain doom by the skin of their teeth in a white-knuckle affair. The theme of the final season appears to be that, this time around, luck is no longer on the side of the boys from Charming. Little details that would have fallen in their favor in years past are working against them, and every decision they've made thus far appears to be coming back to bite them. We've got murdered cops, a grenade-ravaged ice cream parlor, a house full of dead hookers and a full-blown war. Let's get to the good stuff.
