What is a jock? It's not a term that has much meaning in the UK, but if you watch a 1980s American high school film, it doesn't take long to realise what a jock is. Essentially, they are the popular athlete who only hang around with fellow cool kids, date cheerleaders and generally abuse their power and act arrogant. The anthesis of nerds, jocks rule the roost (and then usually fall later in life when removed from the safety zone of their school/college/university and have to fit into normal society). When jocks get older, professional wrestling is as good a career choice as any. It lets them use their athletic gifts as well as their sculpted bodies, they get to live a life akin to that of a rock star and become a beloved figure with adoring fans. Besides, we all know that wrestling is at least a little bit 'dumb' and the concept of 'bad guy hates good guy and they fight' is not too difficult a concept for the educationally slow jocks to grasp. Wrestling locker rooms are, or were, full of jocks. The following ten wrestlers are either those who had personality traits that made them real-life jocks, played jocks on-screen or were a combination of the two. So go get a beer from the keg, tell Cindy you'll be over later and enjoy the 10 Biggest Jocks In WWE History.
