10 Major Positives To Take From WWE Hell In A Cell 2015
Big returns, rivalries began and a title changed hands in dramatic fashion...
WWE brought their Hell in a Cell pay-per-view to the Staples Center on Sunday night, delivering probably the best wrestling show since WrestleMania back in March. The event was a three-hour masterclass in storytelling, both in the ring and outside the confines of the matches. From the brutal war of a main event between Undertaker and Brock Lesnar to the wildly enjoyable six-man tag contest on the pre-show, there was enjoyment to be found in every single match on the card. Outside of the in-ring content on the night, WWE also delivered a whole host of talking points going forward, making tonight's episode of Raw an absolute must-watch. The creative team managed to turn what is usually a throwaway show on the road to Survivor Series and the Royal Rumble into something very special indeed an event that is going to get the entire Internet Wrestling Community talking about WWE with something other than jaded cynicism for once. Hell in a Cell is exactly the kind of show WWE needs to put on more regularly if it wishes to revert the current slump in television ratings. It's a show that has left behind a number of major positive points going forward, which provide plenty of opportunity for WWE Creative to improve the weekly television product as well as the monthly PPV content.
